-A methodology that looks at your family's history to understand what lives in you today.
"When a person finds order in their history, they find new possibilities for their present."

A Family Constellations session is an opportunity to look into your "inner home" and observe how your emotional and family world is built. Through this process you can recognize dynamics, bonds, loyalties, and patterns you may never have seen before, gaining greater clarity on how your history may be shaping what you live today.
It is not about judging or looking for someone to blame, but about looking with respect, understanding, and opening new possibilities to live with greater peace, balance, and freedom.

We answer the most common questions about the process, the method, and how to begin.
Both formats follow the same approach and have the same purpose: to accompany you in observing the topic you wish to work on from a systemic lens.
The main difference lies in how the representation is carried out.
In an individual session, the representation is carried out using objects such as figures or other supporting resources, in a private and personalized setting.
In a group session, the representation is carried out with the support of people who participate as representatives within the group, offering a shared experience.
Neither format is better than the other. The choice will depend on your needs, preferences, and where you are in your process. If you're unsure, we're happy to help you find the option that best suits you.
